Annual Lunar New Year Board Breaking Event
There is Board Breaking for all participants. All you have to do is write down on a board a Good Habit that you want to make for the New Year, and then you break the board! There will also be Games, a Youth/Teen Leader Demonstration and Initiation Ceremony, and Potluck dinner for all members.
No Sugar Challenge
Would you like to try to become healthier in 30 days? Sign up for our No Sugar Challenge at the desk or email me. Please note - the goal is to TRY not to have sugar for 30 days. Simply check off the days that you have No Sugar on our NO Sugar Tally Sheet. If you have Sugar - that's okay. Just try not to have Sugar the next day.
Annual Forms Competition
Students White Belt - Black Belt, ages 5 - 18 are welcome to participate. We will organize everyone in to groups of approximately 10 students according to age and ability based on the numbers of students who register. All Students receive a medal. There will also be trophies in each age group for students who excel.
Ashland Day Demonstration
Come by to see our Youth and Teen Leaders demonstrate, as well as our Colored Belt Student groups. All children who attend in uniform to watch will get a special stripe at our booth. We will also have a Contest at our booth for a Prize, as well as a Free Raffle for a Free 3 Month Membership that includes a Free Uniform for New Members. Please tell your friends.
Tricks for Treats - No Sweets!
Practice and perform a technique for a Halloween treat.
Movie Nights
Our PG Movie Nights include 2 slices of Pizza, Mat Jumping, Stick Game, Dodgeball and more fun games!
